Let’s Make IT (Imaginative Thinking) Happen, a project of Greenville Area School District, enables students in engineering courses at Greenville Junior/Senior High School to design, build, and create ornately themed bicycle racks and benches for the “Rails to Trails” section of their community. The students will additionally create a marketing campaign to accompany their prototype. Through the project students will become proficient in applying the processes of analysis, synthesis, and evaluation as they arrive at solutions to engineering challenges.
