Welcome to my page!  

On my pages, I will try to post helpful information and links.  Part of that will be links to the PowerPoints that I use to guide class discussions.  You can find those in the Lesson Plans tab.  Students will need to take notes from the presentations.  I will have guided note packets (fill in the blank outlines) available for students who find it a challenge to keep up with the pace of the class.  MOST students should have no problem (and students thinking about going to college should definitely get in the practice of note taking), but encourage your child to ask for help if he/she needs it.  Alternatively, some have found it helpful to print out the OUTLINE of the PowerPoint presentations.  DO NOT print out the individual slides-- the presentations contain MANY slides and will quickly use up your paper and ink!!
