Born and raised in the area, Mrs. Demarest lives in Greenville with her husband, Charlie.  They have two children, Nathan and Anne, both graduates of Greenville High School and presently attending college.  Mrs. Demarest also directs the adult choir at St. Michael Parish.  Her hobbies include cooking and reading.
